The aim of the workshop is to explore the opportunities of GenAI for business process management in greater depth with the participants and to develop further research questions for the BPM(WI) community.
The results of the workshop will be published in the form of a vision paper.
Course of the workshop
- Brief impulse on the use of generative artificial intelligence in business process management.
- Presentation of in-depth application scenarios of GenAI in BPM
- Interactive part with guided group work and subsequent moderated discussion round
- Aggregation of results as a GenAI BPM mind map along the BPM cycle

Registration & Submissions
Submissions and registrations for the workshop are handled through ConfTool.
Both academic contributions and practice-oriented case studies that offer insights into concrete implementations are welcome. The submission format is open and includes short papers, extended abstracts and demonstrations. The second part of the workshop will be dedicated to selected presentations.
