Payment

When registering, you can choose between the payment options invoice and credit card. After registration, you will receive an automatic provisional registration confirmation from ConfTool. The invoice or payment request for credit card payment will be sent to you in a separate e-mail within 48 hours on working days.

For bank transfers, please follow the payment instructions on the invoice. Please use the reference number given (CT25…) as the reason for payment. For credit card payments, you will receive an individual link via which you can complete your payment in the UniPayments portal of the University of Münster. Once your payment has been received and booked, we will complete your registration in ConfTool within 48 hours on working days. Unfortunately, payment by invoice can take several weeks to process.

If you wish to change or cancel your registration, please contact info@wi2025.de.

On-Site Childcare

To ensure that you can fully focus on the content and exchange during the event, we would like to offer you our best possible support — including assistance with any organizational matters.

If you require childcare during the event, you can book it during the registration. To help us plan accordingly, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:

• Number and ages of your children
• Desired childcare times (including dates and times; also in the evenings, if needed)
• Any special requirements or needs that should be taken into consideration

We will do our utmost to arrange suitable childcare options.

We need initial bookings for childcare until August 10th, otherwise we are forced to end this service.
